Spam is all data traffic forwarded to recipients against their will. This unwanted and unsolicited digital communication usually gets sent out in bulk. It is simply theft of bandwidth and other IT resources which should be avoided even at the cost of limiting communication rights.
Bilkent University Computer Center will not permit spam in either direction, to or from the campus network. Traffic from sites that send us spam will be blocked.
